Terms Of Service

These are the terms of services to use entire UAE.net network, including its main modules, Bizemirates, ShareHere and TinyURL, sub-domains, sites, services and tools. By accepting these terms of services, you agree to respect these terms of services. However, if you do not agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, immediately discontinue to access, register or use this site.

Before you may become a member of UAE.net, carefully read the following document, along with our Privacy Policy for your own convenience, assurance, and security.

1. Eligibility for Membership

• UAE.net does not provide a membership right to persons under the age of 18 years. Therefore, you must represent that you are 18 years of age or above the age of 18 to become a member of this site.
• If you are registering as a business entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to our Terms of Use and that you and the business entity must comply with all applicable and legal laws relating to online trading.
• No person or business entity can register as a member of UAE.net more than once.

2. Registration Rules and Requirements

• For becoming a member of UAE.net network, you will be required to provide certain personal information and register a username and a password for logging into to your UAE.net account.
• For becoming a member of UAE.net network, you agree that you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of and restricting access to and use of, your account and password, and accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account and password.
• You agree to immediately notify UAE.net, if you suspect any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security.
• In no event will UAE.net be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or loss of profits, goodwill or damage whatsoever resulting from the disclosure of your username or password.
• You may not use another person’s account at any time, without the express permission of the account holder.
• You agree to compensate for any improper, unauthorized or illegal use of your UAE.net account by you or by any other person from your account, whether or not you authorized such access.
• You agree that you will provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself for UAE.net registration.
•  You agree that you will not include the word ‘UAE.net’ or its module names in any of your contact details, including but not limited to email address, telephone numbers or other personal specifications.
• You will respect the privacy and confidentiality of other members, provided to you by UAE.net
• You will maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete.
• If any information that you provide is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete or if UAE.net has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or not in accordance with this User Agreement, without prejudice to any other rights and remedies of UAE.net under this User Agreement or at law, UAE.net has the right to indefinitely suspend, limit or withdraw your access to the Site and/or your membership of the Site.

3. Electronic Communication

• You agree that we may communicate with you be email, SMS, or by posting notices on the site.
• You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
• UAE.net requires your agreement during the registration process to send you promotional emails to let you know about any new changes, features or promotional activities added to the Site. If, at any time, you decide that you do not wish to receive promotional emails, you can opt out of receiving such promotional emails by clicking on the link at the bottom of any promotional email.

4. Alterations in our Terms & Conditions

• You agree that UAE.net may attempt to make any alteration in this document that materially increases your obligations or decreases your rights.
• You respect and agree that UAE.net at its sole discretion and without liability may make alterations that are not Substantial alterations without your further specific agreement at any time with immediate effect by posting a notice of the alteration on the Site.

5. Paid Content

In future UAE.net also plans to extend its content and listings to ‘Paid Content’, which will require payment. The payment whether by Credit Card through the website or by check via a commercial contract is Paid Content and must be paid for by the originator of the Paid.

For Prepaid Listings:

• Users wishing to list Paid Content on the Website will be directed to a third-party payment processing site. Upon receipt of a payment confirmation from the third-party payment processing site, UAE.net shall list the Paid Content to the appropriate section of the Website.
• Paid Content purchased using UAE.net nominated third-party payment processing site must be paid for with a credit or debit card issued by Visa or Mastercard. You must be authorized to use the payment method you select.
• Under no circumstances shall UAE.net be obliged to refund any payments made in respect of prepaid individual listings.
• Subject to the rest of these Terms of Use, there is no limit on the volume of Paid Content you may post on the Website.

For Prepaid Listing Accounts:

Prepaid listing accounts shall be available for users who wish to post a larger volume of Paid Content over a specified time-period. Prepaid listing accounts are paid in periodic payments in accordance with the terms of a Prepaid Listing Account Booking Form as defined below:

• Prepaid listing accounts are subject to additional legal and commercial terms which are set out in a separate contract between UAE.net and the prepaid listing account holder (a "Prepaid Listing Account Booking Form"). For the avoidance of doubt, prepaid listing accounts shall be subject to these Terms of Use in addition to the terms of the Prepaid Listing Account Booking Form.
• Upon receipt of prepayment, UAE.net will activate your prepaid listing account and credit your account with the agreed number of listings and you will be authorized to list properties for sale and/or rent on the Website.
• Once the number of listings posted reaches the agreed limit or the account time period expires (whichever occurs first) you will no longer be able to list additional properties for sale and/or rent on the Website.
• If UAE.net does not receive a periodic payment when due, it reserves the right to suspend your account(s) and/or remove all Paid Content posted using any of your accounts until the arrears are brought fully up to date including in respect of any charges or processing fees reasonably incurred by UAE.net as a result of your non-payment.
• You agree for the timely payment of all periodic payments. Failure to satisfy a periodic payment obligation will result in disruption to your prepaid listing account.
• For the avoidance of doubt, if your prepaid listing account is suspended for reason of non-payment, periodic payments will continue to accrue in accordance with the terms of your Prepaid Listing Account Booking Form notwithstanding the suspension of your account(s) or the removal of Paid Content until account arrears are brought up to date or the prepaid listing account is validly cancelled in accordance with these Terms of Use and your Prepaid Listing Account Booking Form.
• UAE.net will reserve the right to increase listing rates at its own discretion. UAE.net will promptly notify (via email) holders of prepaid listing accounts of any rate increases and their revised periodic payments.
• You may cancel a prepaid listing account at any point after the expiry of three months from the campaign start date as set out in the Prepaid Listing Account Booking Form by giving UAE.net not less than 30 days prior notice of your intention to cancel. Cancellation notices should be sent to your designated account manager and copied toservice@UAE.net
• For the avoidance of doubt you are obliged to meet your payment obligations until the expiry of the 30 day cancellation notice period. Upon expiry of the 30 day cancellation notice period UAE.net will deactivate your account and you will no longer be able to list additional properties for sale and/or rent on the Website.
• You agree to not abuse the standard process by which UAE.net will operate its Paid Content section, which includes but is not limited to, altering information in Property Feeds to manipulate the listing of properties, spamming the section with multiple listings of the same content, scraping information from listings or general disruption of the normal process UAE.net will have in place.
• If UAE.net, in its sole and absolute discretion, finds you to be in violation of this, it reserves the right to suspend your account for a period of two weeks. If after reinstating your account, UAE.net, in its sole and absolute discretion, finds you to be in violation of these Terms for a second time, it reserves the right to cancel your contract.
• Upon deactivation of your prepaid listing account UAE.net will be under no obligation to offer any refund in respect of any unexpired time period or unused listings. UAE.net will return or destroy any post-dated cheques in its possession once all outstanding payment obligations owed to UAE.net have been satisfied.
• For the avoidance of doubt and for the purpose of interpreting these Terms of Use Paid Content shall be considered as a category of Content and these Terms of Use shall apply equally to Content, Paid Content and the originators of both.

• In the event that Paid Content violates any aspect of these Terms of Use, UAE.net may, in its sole discretion and without warning or refund (i) remove the Paid Content from the Website and/or (ii) take necessary steps to prevent persons who posted the relevant Paid Content from accessing the Website.
• Subject to ongoing compliance with these Terms of Use and UAE.net’s right to remove or alter Content hereunder, Paid Content shall be displayed on the Website for such period as determined by UAE.net, from time to time, for the relevant section of the Website where such Paid Content was uploaded (e.g., Property for Sale, Property for Rent, etc.). You may delete any Paid Content prior to the end of such period, and UAE.net shall have no further responsibility to display such deleted content.
• UAE.net is neither responsible nor liable for the perceived success or failure of any Paid Content posted on the Website.

6. Privacy of your Information

• You grant UAE.net a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sub-licensable right to use any information or material, personal or otherwise, that you provide to us or other users of the Site and/or post on the Site in the registration, bidding, buying, listing or selling process, in the feedback area or through any e-mail or by way of any other feature or use of the Site (the “Information”) for the purposes of operating and promoting the Site in accordance with this User Agreement and the Privacy Policy.
• You are solely responsible for the Information, and we act as a passive conduit for your online distribution and publication of the Information.

7. About Using UAE.net

While using UAE.net, you agree that you will NOT do the following:

• Post information or content in the wrong category, or you will content will be immediately removed by the admin.
• Post items you do not have a right to link to or include
• Post items that are also listed for sale on any other website other then UAE.net
• Post false, fraudulent, fake, inaccurate, misleading, libelous, defamatory, slanderous, unlawful, threatening content.
• Post comments, questions or answers that are not factual or indicate racism or disrespect to any other user of UAE.net
• Put stolen items on sale.
• Post Information or items which infringe any third party’s intellectual property rights, other proprietary rights or right to privacy.
• Post obscene Information or content, including but not limited to pornography or any representation which may (in our sole discretion) be considered indecent.
• Post Information or content which may (in our sole discretion) constitute offensive or critical political content or content that is contrary to the public interest.
• Post any Information or content or list items which may (in our sole discretion) be considered culturally or religiously offensive in any way.
• Post any Information or content or list items which may not be considered to be in compliance with general Islamic Shariah law, rules, morals, values, ethics and traditions;
• Post Information or content or list items which may threaten national security.
• Post Information or content or list items which may constitute or be considered to promote gambling.
• Use “keyword spamming” in listing items for sale on
• Fail to deliver payment for items purchased by you, unless the seller has materially changed the item’s description or related matters after you bid, a clear typographical error is made, or you cannot authenticate the seller’s identity.
• Fail to deliver items purchased from you, unless the buyer fails to meet the posted terms, or you cannot authenticate the buyer’s identity.
• Attempt to conclude transactions relating to an auction or offer for sale on the Site outside of the Site.
• Use contacts made by buying or selling on the Site to solicit sales on other items directly and/or from another website.
• Claim an item was not sold when in UAE.net sole discretion the item was sold in accordance with this User Agreement and the Site’s policies.
• In case of purchase of/placing a successful bid for an artwork which is marked as "non-exportable" on the Site you agree that the artwork shall not be exported out of the United Arab Emirates or otherwise dealt in any such manner which shall be in contravention of any applicable laws and regulations for the time being in force.
• Manipulate or attempt to manipulate the Site in any way including the prices of any item or services on the Site.
• Circumvent or manipulate our fee structure, the billing process, or fees owed to UAE.net.
• Take any action that may undermine the Site’s feedback and ratings systems (including but not limited to the display, import or export of feedback information off the Site or use of such information for purposes unrelated to UAE.net.
• Transfer our Site account and username to another party without our consent;
• Distribute or post spam, unsolicited or bulk electronic communications, chain letters, or pyramid schemes;
• Distribute viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots, Easter eggs or other computer programming technologies that may harm the Site, or the interests or property of the Site’s users.
• Create liability for us or cause us to lose the services of our ISPs or other suppliers.
• Take any action that imposes or may impose an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure.
• Interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Site.
• Attempt to take over another user’s account or carry out any hacking or phishing of the Site or user accounts and related features.
• Export or re-export any Site tools except in compliance with the export control laws of any relevant jurisdictions.
• Copy, modify, or distribute any content from the UAE.net or otherwise infringe the Site’s copyright material and/or trademarks in any way.
• Violate any laws, rules, regulations, guidelines, third party rights or our policies.
• Directly or indirectly, offer, attempt to offer, trade in, attempt to trade in, or include descriptions or links to any of the following items:
  1.  Securities, including shares, bonds, debentures, or any other financial instruments or assets of any description.
  2. Living or dead creatures and/or the whole or any part of any animal which has been kept or preserved by any means whether artificial or natural including rugs, skins, specimens of animals, antlers, horns, hair, feathers, nails, teeth, musk, eggs, nests, other animal products of any description the sale and purchase of which is prevented or restricted in any manner by applicable laws.
  3. Weapons of any description
  4. Liquor, tobacco products, drugs, psychotropic substances, narcotics, intoxicants of any description, medicines, palliative/curative substances;
  5. Religious items, including books, artifacts, etc. of any description
  6. Or any other such item which is likely to affect the religious sentiments of any person.
  7. Antiquities and art treasures as defined in applicable laws pertaining to antiquities and national treasures.
  8. Used cellular phone SIM Cards, except if the transaction is in accordance with the local operators' rules pertaining to transfer of ownership of the same.
  9. Items that to your knowledge are defective, fake, damaged, false or misleading or that may through normal use harm another Site user’s interest or health.
  10. Any items identical to other items you have up for auction but which are priced lower than your other items’ price, the reserve price of such other item / minimum bid amount.
  11. Fresh food
  12. Non-transferable vouchers; and chemicals.
  13. For using UAE.net, you agree undertake, represent and warrant that:
  14. You are 18 years of age or over the age of 18 years.
  15.  If you are a corporate representative, you have authority to bind the corporate entity.
  16. You are the sole and exclusive legal and beneficial owner of all items of any description that you wish to offer for sale on the Site and you have complete right, title and authority to deal in and offer for sale such items.
  17. You will inform UAE.net of any postings, items or transactions which appear to be in violation of this User Agreement.
  18. You shall comply with all applicable domestic and international laws and regulations regarding and relating to your use of the Site.
  19. Information you provide on the Site in respect of items you wish to sell shall be as accurate as reasonably possible.
  20. You will not disclose your contact details including but not limited to phone numbers, addresses, or email addresses in the bidding, buying or listing processes, or anywhere on the Site including the feedback area, discussion forum or through any e-mail feature of the Site intended to bypass use of UAE.net.
  21. You will not use contact information provided to you during the course
      of a transaction on the Site to solicit additional sales offline or on another website.
  22. You will not harvest or otherwise collect information about users, including but not limited to email addresses and other contact information.
  8. You will not disclose or publicize any personal information about users or otherwise access or use information about other users in a manner which may constitute a breach of privacy and/or applicable laws.

8. Copyrights

• All content appearing on UAE.net including, but not limited to text, graphics, logos, buttons, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software, is the sole property and copyright work of UAE.net, or its users, its content suppliers or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademarks, patents or other intellectual property rights and laws.
• The compilation of the content on the Site is the exclusive property and copyright of UAE.net and is protected by copyright, trademarks, patents or other intellectual property rights and laws.

9. Trademarks

• UAE.net and its related modules, including Bizemirates, ShareHere and tinyURL, and their logos are either unregistered or registered trademarks and are protected UAE trademark and intellectual property rights and laws.
• UAE.net trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service that is neither related to UAE.net nor in any manner disparages or discredits UAE.net
• All other trademarks that are not owned by UAE.net but appear on the Site, are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by UAE.net.

10. On Disrespecting UAE.net

•  Please report problems of any kind or violations of this User Agreement to UAE.net.
• If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been violated, please notify UAE.net.
• Without prejudice to any other rights and remedies of UAE.net under this User Agreement or at law, UAE.net may limit, suspend or withdraw a user’s access to the Site and/or a user’s membership of the Site or remove hosted content.
• UAE.net can choose to take other technical and/or legal steps against users who create problems or possible legal liabilities of any kind, who infringe the intellectual property rights of third parties or who act inconsistently with this User Agreement or our policies.

11. Protection UAE.net Offers

• UAE.net makes it sure to offer protection to buyers on Bizemirates to ensure that their purchase is protected against fraud by any sellers on the Site.
• If a buyer has purchased an item from UAE.net’s module Bizemirates and has never received it or received an item worth significantly less in value compared to what was described by the seller, the buyer may seek protection under these terms & conditions from UAE.net.
• A buyer needs to file a complaint with UAE.net within 48 hours of receiving (or not receiving) the relevant item. UAE.net will investigate the matter and if it has been determined that the seller has intentionally defrauded the buyer in relation to the item for which UAE.net has reimbursed the buyer, UAE.net may limit, suspend or withdraw the seller’s access to the Site and/or the seller’s membership and UAE.net may charge the seller for UAE.net costs in reimbursing the buyer and for any handling and shipping.
• UAE.net reserves the right to take such further steps as it considers necessary including without limitation legal action. You acknowledge and agree that if any item returned to UAE.net by a buyer is illegal or otherwise unlawful that UAE.net may in its sole discretion destroy the item or take any other steps as it considers necessary.

12. A Bridge to Reach Out

• UAE.net is a platform for communication where users may meet and interact with one another for the purpose of the sale and purchase of items.
  UAE.net does not buy or sell items.
• UAE.net is not and cannot be a party to or control in any manner any transaction between two users of the Site and cannot guarantee that a buyer or seller will complete a transaction or accept the return of an item or provide any refund for the same.
• You will not hold UAE.net responsible for other users’ content, actions, or inactions, or items or Information they list or post.
• UAE.net is not responsible for any non-performance or breach of any contract entered into between users and does not transfer legal ownership of items from the seller to the buyer.
• The contract for sale of any item shall be a strictly bipartite contract between the seller and the buyer. At no time shall any right, title or interest over any item vest with UAE.net nor shall UAE.net have any obligations or liabilities in respect of such item or the contract between the buyer and seller.
• UAE.net is not responsible for unsatisfactory or delayed performance, losses, damages or delays as a result of items which are unavailable.
• UAE.net is not required to mediate or resolve any dispute or disagreement between users.
• UAE.net has no control over and does not guarantee the quality, safety or legality of items advertised, the truth or accuracy of users’ content or listings, the ability of sellers to sell items, or the ability of buyers to pay for items.
• UAE.net does not make any representation or warranty as to the attributes (including but not limited to quality, worth or marketability) of the items proposed to be sold or purchased on the Site.
• UAE.net does not implicitly or explicitly support or endorse the sale or purchase of any items on the Site, nor is UAE.net a supplier or manufacturer of any items sold by users or purchased by users.
• UAE.net does not make any representation or warranty as to the attributes of any of its users.
• The Site may include links to third party websites that are controlled by and maintained by others.
• UAE.net cannot accept any responsibility for the materials or offers for goods or services featured on such websites and any link to such websites is not an endorsement of such websites or a warranty that such websites will be free of viruses or other such items of a destructive nature and you acknowledge and agree that UAE.net is not responsible for the content or availability of any such sites. However you acknowledge and agree that you may not include links in any user-posted content on the Site.
• Users shall independently agree upon the manner and terms of services of delivery, payment, and insurance as between each other and UAE.net holds no responsibility in respect of such arrangements.
• UAE.net accepts no liability for any errors or omissions, whether on behalf of itself or third parties.
•  UAE.net excludes all implied warranties, terms of services and is not liable for any loss of money, goodwill or reputation, or any special, indirect or consequential damages arising directly or indirectly, out of your use of or your inability to use the Site.
• You release and indemnify UAE.net and/or any of its officers and representatives in respect of any claim, demand, dispute, cost, damage, liability or other consequence (direct or indirect) of any of the actions of the users of the Site and you specifically waive any claims that you may have in this behalf under any applicable law.

13. Protection of Your Privacy

• UAE.net will take every reasonable measures (physical, organizational and technological) to safeguard against unauthorized access to your personally identifiable information and to safely store your personally identifiable information, but cannot guarantee a 100% protection as internet is not a secure medium and the privacy can never be guaranteed fully.
• UAE.net has no control over the practices of third parties (e.g. website links to this Site or third parties who misrepresent themselves as you or someone else).
• You agree that UAE.net may process your personal information that you provide to it for the purposes of providing the services on UAE.net and for sending marketing communications to you, and that the Privacy Policy of this Site governs our collection, processing, use and any transfer of your personally identifiable information.

14. On Breach of Terms & Conditions

• Without prejudice to any other rights and remedies of UAE.net under these terms of services or at law or otherwise, UAE.net may immediately and without liability: limit your activity, remove your bids, end your listings, warn other users of your actions, temporarily / indefinitely suspend, limit or withdraw your membership, and/or limit or withdraw your access to the Site.
• UAE.net may at any time at its sole discretion reinstate suspended users.
• A user that has been indefinitely suspended or had their membership withdrawn may not register or attempt to register with UAE.net or use the Site in any manner whatsoever until such time that such user is reinstated by UAE.net. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if you breach this User Agreement UAE.net reserves the right to recover any amounts due and owing by you to UAE.net or any losses and damages caused by you to UAE.net and to take such steps including legal action and/or the initiation of criminal proceedings against you as UAE.net in its sole discretion deems necessary.
• Our failure to act with respect to a breach by you or others does not constitute a waiver of UAE.net’s right to take any actions with respect to that, or subsequent or similar breaches.
• UAE.net does not guarantee that it will take action against all breaches that there may be of this User Agreement.

15. Buying and Selling (For Bizemirates only)

• As a registered member of UAE.net, you may list items for buying and selling on Bizemirates.
• You may only offer for sale or sell item(s) on the Site in compliance with applicable laws and you must be legally able to offer for sale or sell such items under applicable laws.
• Listings may only include text descriptions, graphics and pictures that describe your item for sale.
• All listed items must be listed in an appropriate category on the Site.
• Soliciting business offline or outside of the Site, by indicating your contact details (e.g. contact phone number, address or e-mail) in the item listing or elsewhere on the Site other than in your registration data is expressly prohibited and would constitute a breach of this User Agreement.
•  All of your listed items must be kept in stock to allow for the immediate completion of your transaction with a Winning Buyer.
• The listing description of the item must not be misleading and must describe the actual current condition of the item.
• If the item description does not match the actual current condition of the item, you agree to refund any amounts in relation to that item that you may have received from the buyer.
• You agree that you will NOT list a single item multiple times for “buy now” sales, including without limitation across various categories on the Site.
• You respect and agree that UAE.net has the right to delete such multiple listings of the same item.
• Without limiting any rights or remedies available to UAE.net under this User Agreement or at law, UAE.net may suspend, limit or withdraw your access to the Site and/or your membership of the Site if you are found to have engaged in false or fraudulent activity in connection with the use of the Site. As sellers on the Site we encourage you to post feedback on each buyer after the item has been sold.

16. UAE.net Encourages Giving Feedbacks

• UAE.net encourages buyers and sellers on the Site to provide feedback on each other’s conduct after a transaction has closed; as this helps all users know what it is like to deal with the said buyer/seller.
• Your feedback will be displayed along with your user ID on the Site.
• You cannot retract the feedback once you have left it.
• UAE.net will not be responsible or liable in any way for the feedback that you post on the Site.
• You agree not to make comments that are not factual in nature including without limitation making any racist comments, using profanity, abusing another user, disrespecting another culture or any other derogatory or inappropriate comments.
• You agree not to post feedback in order to solicit sales outside of the Site and not to display contact information of any person within any feedback.
• If you continuously receive negative feedback ratings, without prejudice to any other rights and remedies of UAE.net under this User Agreement or at law, UAE.net reserves the right to suspend, limit or withdraw your access to the Site and/or your membership of the Site.
• You respect and agree that your feedback consists of comments left by other users with whom you transact and a composite feedback number compiled by UAE.net, and that together these convey your full user profile.
• As feedback ratings are not designed for any purpose other than for facilitating trading between the users, you agree that you shall not market or export your UAE.net feedback rating in any venue other than on the Site.
• UAE.net does not provide the technical ability to allow you to import feedback from other websites to the Site because a composite number, without the corresponding feedback does not reflect your true online reputation within our community.

17. Discontinuation of User Access or Membership

• UAE.net under these Terms & Conditions reserve the rights to may limit, suspend or withdraw your membership and / or your access to the Site at any time, without notice, for any reason, including without limitation, breach of this User Agreement.

18. UAE.net Gives NO Warranty

• UAE.net provides the Site and its services on an "as is" and “as available” basis without any representation or endorsement made and without any warranty or guarantee of any kind whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, compatibility, security, accuracy and non-infringement.
• UAE.net makes no representations or warranties about the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content, information, software, text, graphics, links or communications provided on or through the use of the Site or that the operation of the Site will be error free and/or uninterrupted.
• UAE.net makes no warranty that defects will be corrected or that the Site or its servers are free of viruses or anything else which may be harmful or destructive.
• UAE.net may also be unavailable from time to time due to repairs, maintenance or development work.
• You agree that UAE.net has no obligation to provide support for the Site. You expressly agree that you use the Site at your own risk.

19.  Limitations

• In no event shall UAE.net or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption,) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on UAE.net's Internet site, even if UAE.net or a UAE.net authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

20. Compensation for Damage

• You agree to compensate against any damage or loss to UAE.net or its affiliates, officers, employees, agents and suppliers from any and all claims, demands, actions, proceedings, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, expenses howsoever suffered or incurred arising out of your breach of these Terms & Conditions, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

21.  Disputes

• If any dispute, claim, controversy or difference arises out of or in connection with or in relation to this User Agreement, including any question regarding the formation, existence, scope, performance, interpretation, validity or termination of this User Agreement or this clause, or any question regarding the legal relationships established by this User Agreement or the consequences of its nullity, then the parties shall first attempt amicably to settle the Dispute through good-faith negotiations over a period of thirty (30) calendar days commencing on the date that a party first sends to the other party a written notice of the Dispute.
• In the event that a Dispute has not been settled amicably by the relevant parties by the end of such thirty (30) calendar day-period, the parties hereby agree that the Dispute shall be referred to and finally resolved by binding arbitration as set out below, under the Arbitration Rules of the Dubai International Financial Centre - London Court of International Arbitration (“LCIA”), which rules (“Rules”) are deemed to be incorporated by reference into this clause.
• The number of arbitrators shall be one.
• The parties to the arbitration shall seek to agree on a sole arbitrator to be nominated to the LCIA court for appointment. If the parties to the arbitration fail to nominate a sole arbitrator within 30 days from the date of the service of the request upon the respondent (or such greater or lesser period as may be fixed by the LCIA Court), the sole arbitrator shall be appointed by the LCIA Court.
• The seat or legal place of the arbitration shall be Dubai International Financial Centre in Dubai, UAE. The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in the English language and the award shall be in English. The foregoing provisions of this clause are without prejudice to the right of UAE.net to seek interim relief at any time from any court of competent jurisdiction (whether or not an arbitrator has been appointed) and UAE.net shall not be deemed to have breached this arbitration agreement or infringed the powers of the arbitrator for having done so.

22. Transfer or Rights and Obligations

• you agree to grant UAE.net the right to, and irrevocably acknowledge and agree that UAE.net may at any time, transfer all or any part of its rights, benefits, obligations or liabilities under this User Agreement to any of its affiliates without requiring your further specific agreement.
• UAE.net agrees to use all reasonable endeavors to provide notice to you of any transfer by way of a posting on the Site.
• You may not at any time, without the prior written consent of UAE.net, transfer all or any part of your rights, benefits, obligations or liabilities under these terms of services without the prior written consent of UAE.net.

23. General

• If any clause of these terms of services shall be deemed invalid, void or for any reason unenforceable, such clause shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining clauses of these terms of services.
• These terms of services set forth the entire understanding and agreement between you and UAE.net with respect to the subject matter hereof.
• If these terms of services are translated into any language other than English, whether on the Site or otherwise, the English text shall prevail.

24. Governing Law

• This User Agreement is governed by, and construed in accordance with, UAE law. This clause will survive any expiry or cancellation of this User Agreement for any reason.
